Not satisfactory experience with them
First of all, they don’t arrange open inspections unless someone registered for coming, which is different practice from some other real estate; Furthermore, they filter some applications on our behalf which we never requested — we nearly missed the perfect tenants we signed agreement with. They submitted application one week earlier, but neither did they hear from the agent, nor did we hear from our property manager such application was turned in. If the prospective tenants didn’t go the following week to strongly express their interest again in our property, we mostly likely would have lost the opportunity of leasing to them. Lastly, on the authority form with fletchers, we ticked that we didn’t agree the agent to sign the leasing agreement on our behalf. But when we received the leasing agreement from them, it was already fully executed — they signed on our behalf! At the end of the day, really not happy with this leasing experience. The periphery manager wasn’t proactive at all.

The Best Agency!!
We have recently dealt with Fletchers and l couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Senior Portfolio Manager Anne Johnsen was the most amazing person. From the moment we initially engaged until the time we signed Anne was the most personable, kind professional person l can say l have ever engaged with. Her humility, guidance and genuine care has left such an impression on myself and my family. I truly didn’t think this type of service was around anymore… where someone really cared and treated you as a person and not a number. Anne went above and beyond.. and due to this l can say with all honestly that Fletchers are the best agency l have ever dealt with. Fantastic Property Manager
Our current property manager is Anne Johnsen from Fletchers Maroondah who has looked after our family's real estate portfolio for many years. She has recently found high quality tenants for one of our properties within 4 days of listing! I would highly recommend Anne to be your property manager for both personal service to the landlord as well as the tenant and ensuring your property is well maintained and looked after. In fact, our family has followed Anne from a previous real estate agency and would follow her again in a heart beat. If you want minimal stress being a landlord, then I would highly recommend Anne as your next property manager.

Excellent Agency
We were very impressed by the professional nature in which our rental application was handled, right from the start the communication was really good. Effortless
Our Property Manager Anne and the team at Fletcher's have made owning a rental property so easy, and they really look after our tenants. They keep us up to date on both our property as well as legislative and industry changes. They look after everything for us and approving any required mantenance couldn't be easier. Anne is a superstar!

Great people to deal with, very professional.
Tara from Fletchers and the team on reception have been amazing to deal with. I had a problem with the fence and they got it sorted promptly within a week before Xmas. Very impressed with their service, attitudes, communication and promptness with solving the issue.
