Needs work
There were some concerns regarding the balcony promised to be cleaned before the lease period started that was unsuccessfully resulted. I found they didn't care or take action in response to my issues including a missing key and a correct contact list. Aside from that email reposnes were quick.

Great customer service

8 Days in the market, leased, amazing
Deb and Anne did amazing job on getting our house leased in just 8 days in the market. superior customer service and knowledge, with many years of industry experience gives the landlord peace of mind leasing experience. Look no where if you are around to find an experience property manager that you can trust for years. Thank you Deb and Anne for the excellent and amazing service.

Anne "best of the best and unique"
Anne from Fletchers l personally can not rate you my luv, as you are one of a kind that can not be compared for a reason and you should know that by Now. The effort you put towards our rental property day after day year after year is unbelievable as you meet our fussy standards lol. It doesn't comes as surprise to us anymore as we know you as our property Manager for nearly 10 years. My husband and I always think that your commitment/dedication and level of work to date comes from your kind heart toward your job and your clients, l should say your Fletchers Maroondah family/friends as you make us feel this way🥰. Anne- In a word…. Superstar!
When we found that we had outgrown my 3 bedroom house in Mooroolbark, my new partner and I had dreams of renting it out and moving into something bigger and more suitable for our newly combined family. Thankfully a friend recommended Anne from Fletchers Real Estate. Without fuss, Anne swiftly had the place listed and found a suitable tenant, without even holding a general open for inspection! This all happened so quickly, that we almost began to panic. As we hadn’t even found ourselves our dream home to rent. Anne assured us that she would find the perfect house for us and our 4 boys, but to keep a lookout for something online just in case. We continually checked realestate.com on a daily basis, without any luck finding something suitable. Again Anne came to the rescue, contacting us with multiple places, and got us through at times that worked for both my partner and I. Before long we found exactly what we were looking for, and snapped it up! During the process of renting out Mooroolbark and finding our large family rental in Lilydale Anne was always available for any questions. The number of emails and text msg we sent her was a lot…but her response times were amazing and so reassuring. For a home owner who has never rented their property out this was all very new and somewhat daunting, but again Anne had all the answers, even prompted us on occasions on things we needed to get done. Anne, your friendly yet professional personality made this experience exciting and fun. Wonderful and friendly agent
Dealing with Anne had been such an enjoyable experience so far-she has been so helpful and accommodating at each step of the rental process, so easy in her approach and always available to tackle any question immediately with humour and a friendly disposition.
