Wouldn't go anywhere else

Professional and prompt
We just moved in to a rental with Fletchers. They have been great. Two problems with the unit fixed so quickly. This is such a nice change from previous experiences with other real estate agency property managers

It could be 5 stars if...
From the inspection to the agreement, it was amazing. Tara managed everything with highest professionalism, efficient and polite. However I can't say the same for the keys hand over. They booked me to pick up the keys on a Saturday 9am and the office was closed. There were an extremely unfriendly staff member in that morning that made my morning even more stressful. Management should pay attention who are the frontline people actually dealing with clients and leave the unhappy staff away the front desk. I displayed my phone to her with the email saying the key collection was that day (Saturday) and she only answered me "Our office is closed, sorry" without even open the front door!. I had literally to ask her to contact Tara and clarify, otherwise she did not have the drive and empathy for this little action.
