This time as seller, Kaining provided us with excellent advice and ran all aspects of the EOI-based campaign smoothly and seamlessly on our behalf, with little or no involvement or intervention from us. She kept us well informed throughout the process, and shared her thinking and advice clearly and candidly. With us living interstate, she handled on our behalf all the logistics regarding access and supervision of the various contractors and parties involved in readying the property for selling. She also assisted politely and tactfully and participated in our interactions with our tenants, and liaised with them throughout the process leading up to the sale. Highly recommended. Kaining has been in the real estate business for years, we went with another REA the last time we sold, but not this time! She is excellent. We live interstate and she kept us informed at all times. She only employed the best trades people to do repairs and cleaning, and house staging - all at excellent prices. Lastly, she negotiated an excellent price (despite the increased mortgage interest rates). Please Note: Don't be put off because her family heritage is from China, she understands the Melbourne market and Australians, and can also (as an added bonus) work well with sellers and buyers from China and Asia. She sold our property to local Aussies. We would use Kaining again and definitely recommend her.

Fletchers were extremely Professional and attentive while selling our house . Rielly, Kaining , Andrew and Liam all attended open inspections at different times and I had good feedback. I was told that I would not see Rielly again after we signed with him, but he kept in contact each week and called in to keep us up to date. I would not hesitate to have Fletchers Ringwood if I needed them again.

Finally we come across an agent who is upfront, tells you how it is, lets you know what you need to do to win a property but also shows you respect and value's what you have to bring to the table. After 12 months of searching and missed properties from under quoted valuations and miss-leading advice we were very disheartened. We then meet Kaining who is professional and knowledgeable. after searching for a home for over 2 years we came upon the home we recently bought. Dealing with Kaining was a JOY! Honest, thorough, thoughtful and respectful she went beyond to ensure there was honest conversation. At our final inspection that was only meant to last 30mins she allowed our family to enjoy our new home for over an hour and a half ,did not rush us and also gave us information other agents had passed of as "we are not sure". There is no nonsense with Kaining, she is not a regular agent, she is committed to the seller and also the buyer. I would recommend Kaining to anyone selling or buying and, honestly ,I would not trust anyone else after dealing with her. After dealing with other agents for over 2 years trying to buy a property, we were done! After talking with her, explaining our situation we felt understood and respected. We have not felt like that with ANY other agent!
