An impressive young man
Reilly is a confident young man who made a very good initial impression on both of us. We loved his clear cut vision, his decisiveness, and his enthusiasm. He not only made us feel very comfortable with his dynamic way but made us want to employ him to deliver and that is exactly what he did! We found Reilly to be completely professional both before and during the conduct of our sales campaign, making excellent suggestions and recommendations whilst at the same time, having a friendly and enthusiastic manner and a very personal approach making the client absolutely certain that he is doing his utmost to obtain the best result possible. Privacy
Our only concern throughout the final stage of the campaign, we did not need to know prospective bidders, names and medical reasons, of purchaser and grandchild, we did not disclose reason for selling until negotiations were underway following the auction, and when we were being told again of the reason they needed our home, we then disclosed our reason.Otherwise we were happy with the campaign, marketing etc, and all were very pleasant to deal with.

Selling Croydon House
Thanks to Ben Reid of Vendor Advocacy Australia, we were put on to Reilly Waterfield of Fletchers in Ringwood because Ben said he was the best agent in the area if you are wanting to auction your house. Well Reilly, along with Nick Holmes, proved this rating and did an outstanding job marketing, presenting and auctioning the house. We got a great price, but I also believe the purchasers are happy in that they have now a fantastic family home in a well sought after location in Alto Avenue Croydon. Great job all round.

Professionlism
Lukes persistance and expertise in closing the deal made the difference between a successful and dissapointing result. Buyers ranged between Dodgy and inexperienced, and eventual purchaser needed a committed Agent such as Luke, prepared to go the extra mile, to make sale happen.
