We recently purchased a property through Martin and found him an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, easy going, honest and very professional. I loved that he was happy to communicate with us via text for a large proportion of the initial contact time, in this day and age when everyone is so busy at work, it’s not always possible to take or make a phone call however a quick text is usually manageable. There is always 101 questions when buying and they don’t always come straight to mind and yet Martin made himself available and made us feel like, no question was a silly one. Even after the contract was signed, done and dusted, he went out of his way to help negotiate the sale of some of the vendor’s furniture to us as they didn’t need it at their next home. All in all we could not recommend Martin highly enough, he is a fantastic agent who would put any buyer or seller at ease.
