Whilst colleagues describe Belinda as ‘the consummate professional’, she is far too modest to accept the praise. Instead, she prefers to lead the Property Management Team at Fletchers South East and Outer East Offices in her typical unassuming way. Unquestionably a challenging industry, Property Management can test a person’s boundaries, however Belinda had already answered the toughest questions with over 20 years of experience within the Melbourne Real Estate Industry. Belinda counts the friendships she developed with many of her clients, her colleagues and the lessons they all taught her as a career highlight. “I love meeting new people. I love having the ability to help people find a new home or find a great tenant for an owners’ investment property and building long term relationship with all my clients. Being a part of the team of people who have the same goal and values excites me.” In her spare time, Belinda enjoys going to the gym, doing yoga and trying new cafes and restaurants in the area. She also enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, who inspire her each day both personally and professionally. “My children inspire me to be the best person I can be as a mother, grandmother, wife, friend and work colleague. I don’t want to let my children or anyone down.” The hardworking doctrine which has driven her is making an immensely positive impact on the brimming portfolio stating “It’s what sets me apart and gives me the ability to go about my job with minimum fuss and get the job done in a positive and professional manner.” Whilst her engaging manner and great attitude ensures not only the satisfaction of her clients after another job well done but also inspires a deeper appreciation of a person who so capably juggles a career and life with a smile.

Leanne has recently celebrated 26 years as a well-respected Property Manager in the Warrandyte area. Her success in Property Management is due entirely to her tireless dedication to meeting the needs of all her clients, including both Landlords and Tenants. Leanne’s professional manner is a testament to being able to achieve great results quickly which is emphasized by an extremely high occupancy rate. Her caring personality ensures she develops cooperative relationships with her tenants and she always handles maintenance issues in a timely fashion. Outside of the office, Leanne enjoys spending time with her three teenage daughters, spending time at her farm, cooking , shopping and travelling. Leanne is an outstanding contributor to the Warrandyte office.
