We were so lucky to have Rob & Michael look after buying our first property. Both my wife and I have typically found real estate agents untrustworthy, but both Robert and Michael from the start have been honest, available, and helpful. Robert was there from our first inspection and immediately gave off good vibes, and over the following 6 weeks both Robert and Michael were always ready to take our calls, and accomodate every one of our requests. We couldnt recommend the Fletchers team more highly, as they have been by far the best agents we have ever come across.

We have used Fletchers Real Estate services for more than ten years. Fletchers currently manage properties for us and Robert recently organised the sale of a unit. Fletchers is a highly professionals organisation. They efficiently managed our sale during the recent realestate downturn and always demonstrate a high level of integrity. Communication is important and we were always kept well informed about the market and the sale of our specific property. Robert and his team are highly professional. They are realistic in their analysis of the market, they are very easy to talk to and there is no pressure. We will definitely continue to use their services for property management and for any future property sales. They are highly recommended.
