We purchased off-the-plan through Rob. He kept us up to date throughout the process. When we required a short term rental due to some unforeseen delays in settlement on the new property, Rob and his property management team stepped in and found a short term rental within 24 hours - really amazing work! Highly recommend Rob.

Robert was professional, friendly and knowledgable from the very first moment we were interested in purchasing a property to the last. We found Robert always polite and helpful and very supportive as we navigated our way through the purchase process. Robert was always available to ask any questions about the property and nothing ever seemed too small or big for him to assist us with. We truly appreciated Robert's professional approach on all levels and would happily recommend him if you are looking to purchase a property.

I first had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Conreteg and the team from Fletchers in Wollongong in 2006. Robert and his team have managed my purchase, sale and property management of two properties in Wollongong until I sold both through them recently. Robert and his team have been wonderful throughout, and I always felt his and their deep commitment to my needs, interests and wishes. It is sad to now end this relationship, but I recommend Robert and his team without any hesitation for your real estate agency needs.
