From the moment I meet Robert, he impressed me. He and his team at Fletchers went out of their way to make my experience of purchasing my first home a smooth one. It was the little things, like accommodating extra viewings, making themselves available to trades people prior to me moving in. Always prompt on replying to emails and requests for information. Even if Robert had to go find the information, he would always respond promptly and keep me in the loop, never leaving me hanging. I would recommend him and the team at Fletchers.

Rob worked hard for us. We have known Rob a long time and when we wanted to sell, he was the only agent we considered. We tried higher selling price, against his recommendation, and ended up selling for a price in the range that he suggested. He kept us informed the whole way and made sure we were at ease with what was happening and explained the process the whole way through. "I was very pleased with the way that Rob and his team handled the sale of my property and cannot recommend them highly enough. I was not living near the property during the marketing and sale, but in a remote location in Queensland which made communication quite difficult. Rob and the team went out of their way to keep me informed as to where the sale was at through regular emails and phone calls, which ensured everything flowed smoothly. I was most impressed that Rob was able to help me address some minor maintenance issues on the property that needed to be dealt with - this was above and beyond what I expected. Rob is a genuine agent who genuinely cares about his clients, whilst there were a few issues with the tenant rob listened to our concerns with empathy and done everything in his power to get a resolution whilst communicating with us every step of the way. Rob was extremely proactive within his approach to us and prospective purchasers. Rob listened to our suggestions and feedback and made the appropriate changes. I would definately put all my faith in recommending rob and fletchers wollongong for anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or let their property as nothing is ever a problem.
