Having grown up on the Mornington Peninsula, Michael thoroughly enjoys selling real estate in his favourite seaside town. “It’s a lifestyle second to none. I live it every day so it’s the easiest thing in the world to explain to people how wonderful the peninsula is.” Enthusiasm and irreplaceable local knowledge gives him the edge in a competitive market. Michael started his real estate career in 2000 at a Rosebud office and then spent four years in the Dromana area before opening the doors of his own business in 2007. ‘‘I believe you can’t fake sincerity, which is why our clients choose us, and stay with us as friends long after their real estate transaction has taken place. They know we genuinely care for their well being and always want to help in whatever way we can’’. Whilst still actively listing and selling homes, Michael’s new passion is developing a team of enthusiastic people that share his core values and beliefs in always putting your client first. Married to Natalie with two children, Michael constantly strives to provide the best service and quality systems through constant training to make the stressful and sometimes emotional moving process a pleasant, seamless time for all involved.

Rika started her Real Estate career in 1996 and has worked in all facets of the industry. She has a sound knowledge of the industry and is very focused on the needs and aspirations of our clients. After a few years break to enjoy her children and a change of career, including working at the local primary school, Rika found she missed the challenge and rewards of Real Estate.
