Nathan was professional, knowledgeable and extremely caring and mindful of our requirements both in selling our property and buying. He kept us in the loop with progress or otherwise and we would highly recommend him as an agent who has your best interests at heart.

After previously buying and selling through FNQ Hot Property, I contacted Nathan to see if he knew of any properties that would suit me for purchasing. He returned contact straight away (even though it was a Saturday night) and discussed a property he thought would interest me. He arranged for me to go through it the next day and that afternoon it was under contract. Nathan and Jenna work seamlessly as a team. Working with FNQ Hot Property is a real personal, and premium, experience - they go through all the emotions throughout the process with you including sharing your excitement and keeping you updated at all times. Rapport development and friendship seems to come naturally with Nathan and Jenna's warm personalities and personal touches. As I've said previously, highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to deal with Jenna Shingles. I was very nervous initially as it was my first property purchase and I did not know what to expect... Jenna was very professional, kind and quick in responding to all my queries and very generous with her time and advise. Jenna made the whole process so much easier for me. I am very grateful for help and support and I cannot thank Jenna enough. I strongly recommend Jenna for any real estate property buy or sale. Thank you, Jenna !...

I purchased an apartment through Nathan Shingles. Based on my experience I can say he is helpful, reliable and efficient. He delivers what he promises. I do not find him pushy and generally feel he is a man of integrity.
