Highly recommend Nathan
Nathan has sold our last two properties for us he is extremely dedicated to his profession. With our sale at 26 port close he was racing around getting the contract signed at 9pm at night it was very impressive. He also made sure everything went as smoothly as it could by keeping us well informed at all times.

Very Professional Service
We found Nathan Shingles to be very professional in his service and even though we have had a very long settlement, Nathan was in contact with us regularly to keep us up to date with how the sale was proceeding. Nathan's market knowledge for the region is extensive and we would recommend him to other's thinking of buying property in beautiful Cairns.

The best in FNQ
I was lucky enough that Nathan was the agent selling our house. He went out of his way at every step of the way to make the process go smoothly. But more than that, he will go and find everything you need along the way. eg. pool fence inspections - he sorted it all out.....pool inspection - got the guy who built it back to inspect it to make sure it was ok....etc..etc....nothing is too much trouble to him. If you are selling your property then use Nathan.....but if you just want a silly huge price and want to sit around for years with it not selling, then use someone else, and when you really want to sell, then call Nathan. He will get you the best price possible and get it sold. If you are looking to buy, call him and he'll try to find you what you want. It doesn't get better for service from a business round here. Well done guys.

Difficult Sale
Nathan was very determined to get the best deal while being realistic on price and my expectation of a quick sale. After our first buyer began to prove a difficult proposition, Nathan was very proactive in returning to a previously interested party to secure a new contract with a similar settlement date and better terms. As I am based in Melbourne I never had the opportunity to meet Nathan face to face however I felt assured that he was consistently working to sell the property and in fact he turned the sale around very quickly. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking to sell a home in Cairns area.
