I would highly recommend Stav as it was completely a very good experience working with him. He answered all my queries on time and delivered what he promised. I had some issues during settlement as the owner bank cancelled the settlement and I had home movement planned next day. Stav and my conveyancer (Effie from KPA Conveyancing) helped a lot on that situation so that I can move in my new home as per my schedule.
