Stav did not put any pressure on us at all. He was very helpful and understanding of our needs, and worked hard to get the best price for us. I bought my first property from Stave’s as well. It was 4 years ago. Before selling my property I contacted few Agents. But we decided to go with Stav because of few reasons. 1. It was very easy to communicate with Stav. He understood our background and he tried to help us with that. He didn’t try to forcefully change anything like some other Agents. 2. He explains whole selling process to us. There are no surprises in that process. 3.He is very cooperative. 4. And also he gives all the recommendations for our buying process as well. 5. He does a high quality work. Including advertising , providing reports and updates on every inspection. 6. He worked so hard to get the price we were after. All in all it was such a pleasure to work with him.

Stav was great and thorough to deal with when purchasing a home, all the way from multiple inspections, auction day as well as looking after me and following up after i purchased and settled on the home, his market knowledge is sounds and knows his stuff when it comes to real estate and relationships with the purchaser & coordinating everything with the seller.
