Very User Friendly
Kirsty was fantastic arranging a viewing of 6/767 & 5/767 Mt Alexander Road - she was also very patient whilst I chose which apartment. I then asked for another viewing over the weekend so that my son & his partner could come & have a look. Once I put in my application she acknowledged she had received & then subsequently rang to tell me I had been successful. She was a pleasure to deal with, as was Dianne at Reception. Thank you

Frankly speaking
While there were challenges during covid-19, such as the moratorium which the Andrew's state labor government unfairly placed on landlords, I felt I was still in good hands with Kirsty Van Prooyen managing my property. Kirsty consistently delivered solutions to the constant challenges, and provided more than just a service. She had empathy and strength.

An agency that looks after you
Frank Dowling has been exceptional in their advise and engagement with me. Kirsty (the property manager) is easy to reach, very quick in finding solutions and taking actions when required. Her advise on the properties (e.g. rental amount) has been spot on, and she has gone above and beyond in navigating the COVID rental relief.
