I thought a fair deal before writing this review given Frank Dowling seems to be highly rated. Unfortunately my experience has been quite disappointing. We have just moved to a property in Glenroy managed by them. First day we weren't able to get power at the unit. I called the reception asking for my property manager but the lady refused to transfer. I then ended up exchanging emails for the next 20 mins and ended up spending the night without power. After we moved we figured that almost none of the appliances are functional. 2 weeks into our tenancy and we are living without dishwasher, chimney hood and oven. There are many other issues with the place but where we think the property management could have done better was to make sure that the basics in the unit was in order. I was under the impression that any average agency would take care of those but now that belief is busted. Compared to our experience with our last real estate agent (C+M) this is a major let down
