Professional Service Highly Recommended

They gave great advice on the areas of the house we needed to polish up, helped finding trades at short notice and even rolled up their sleeves to move furniture. They gave an accurate estimate of the price we could achieve in a changing market. They brought interested buyers to the sale with good marketing and we sold after the first open home.

Sold quickly and helped so much.
Dylan was absolutely wonderful! He was so helpful when it came to getting the house ready for the market and was always offering to help anywhere he could. Didn't feel like a business deal but more of a family friend helping us with the next chapter. Would definitely recommend Dylan and the Houli team.

Smoothest experience
We have now been in our new home for 4 months and our whole experience dealing with Dylan and the whole Hooly team is beyond memorable. We 1st saw our home on a advert on FB. Just fell in love with it. We called and Dylan was able to get us a mid-week inspection with open arms. We were not sure if we would be able to secure the purchase as we needed to sell our home but within 6 weeks the deal was done. There entire process was flawless. Hooly team came in and gave such incredible feedback on how we could get our home ready for sale and with their fantastic knowledge we got a cash offer before the 1st inspection. If you are looking for your forever home I highly recommend giving Dylan a call and letting the Hooly team look after you.

Good Choice Realtor
Paul came highly recommended and we were extremely pleased with our choice of realtor. He understood our concerns about not living in the area we were selling ( we were 3 hours away) and nothing we asked was too much for him ( he even helped us move all the furniture out). Our house was sold on the first weekend of opening and Paul never once pushed us to hold out for more money. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone who is selling to contact Paul.
