It all began with one phone call when an enquiry was made about a past sale, an instant connection was made between us. We were curious to meet with Burak and took the time to see him on the same day as there was no denying his enthusiasm. He got to work straight away by making extensive notes but firstly he listened attentively to our complex situation. The project or task at hand was multi-layered and involved time constraints. He needed to consider how one action affected another and his extensive notetaking was the beginning of constructing his plan. We came to him with an impossible task of finding us a spacious rental property to house our growing family, lease our existing residence of 30 years and sell an investment property in Sunshine to help with our transition, this all needed to take place within 2 months. It was a huge task, but Burak was unphased and our appointment was met with solutions. From the time we walked out of his office it was game on, he executed the plan effortlessly and with a big smile on his face. He negotiated with all prospective buyers one-to-one and was very patient when dealing with parties that were holding back. Burak went into bat for us negotiating between parties and sealing the deal. As a result, the investment property was sold at a price exceeding our reserve and expectation. Also, our family home was leased to suitable tenants and are now living in a large 4-bedroom home that is meeting our family needs. When looking to sell my Brisbane property, I was recommended Bev by a real estate Agent who works (and had recently sold my other property) in the Sunshine Coast. He spoke highly of Bev as she had recently sold a property for him. I thought "if a fellow agent liked her and would use her again, she MUST be good". I got Bev's number and called her. At the time, the market was quite hot and I just wanted to test the waters to see what price I might be able to achieve. Bev was never pushy with me as I was not certain yet on selling. She went out on an "off market" basis to some buyers and came back to me with ballpark pricing range. They were good numbers, however I was tied up with tenants in a lease still. As the market was booming, after talking with Bev, we decided the best plan, was to sit on the property a little longer to see what the market did (hoping it would continue up) and ride out some of my tenants lease time (as it was positively geared). Bev would touch base infrequently. She was always very warm to me and wanted to know how I was going, discuss the build of my own home in Newcastle, etc. She came across very genuine and always had a minute to chat - not just "all business". Many months later I finally decided to commit and go to market. Unfortunately the market peaked months earlier and was on the decline. Again Bev was very honest and open about this, but now I needed to sell to support the build of my own house. We went to market and it was very apparent it had cooled off. Inquiries and attendance to open homes were minimal. I feared I would have to rethink my price range and accept a much lower price. After about 6 weeks on the market, Bev found me a buyer and they made an offer. It was a number I was ready to take if I had to. Bev worked her magic and negotiated with them over a couple of days. In the end she got $10K ABOVE the highest price we had discussed/hoped for. I couldn't believe it. HIGHLY recommend Bev to sell your property!!
