Even during a tough market he did his absolute best to keep putting in the effort day after day. I like that he would provide me a review at the end of each inspection as well as provide me statistics of how our leads were going. This is the 4th house we have sold with Peter and his team now. We wouldn’t be coming back if we didn’t think they weren’t the best! They are so good with communicating and managing our expectations. After searching on the market for 2 years, it was such a breathe of fresh air to find not only the right home, but an amazing agent handleing the sale. We have encountered agent after agent who could NOT answer the most basic questions about a property they were selling, nor did they seem to have even a basic understanding of building laws. Beverely is NOT one of those agents. Bevereley is the agent you want to SELL your home. Beverley was able to every answer every question we had about the property, the area and the market. She had an above average knowledgable about the buying/selling process and the intrecicies around the steps within, including finance, building and pest etc etc. The thing we appreciated the most, was that we never felt that she was working only for the seller. Bev was at all times working for both parties, effectively negotiating and providing appropraite solutions, to reach a mutually benefical agreement. 10/10 would recommend Beverley to sell your home.
