We wanted an Agent who had a lot of experience within the Industry . Gerald was recommended by our neighbour who had dealings with Gerald when they were purchasing. Gerald has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and has fantastic market knowledge. We set out a plan in regards to marketing , what price we can expect due to market conditions etc. What we liked about Gerald was his honesty in regards to the market conditions no B...it . This was backed up by facts with examples of what has recently sold around our area so we knew exactly what our expectations were on price and how quickly we had to move due to interest rate rises etc. We achieved the price we wanted ,we had weekly updates on offers and very professional open house showings.
