What a team!
From the very first meeting to list our property to the final open house home inspection this wonderful friendly and dedicated team have exhibited the perfect balance of professionalism and personal communication. Their marketing approach was second to none and the Hooly team have made what can be a very stressful time a truly uncomplicated and stress free experience. At every stage of the selling process we were kept informed and felt complete confidence that all was being done to assist us to sell our much loved home. This is our second experience with the Hooly team - one as a buyer and one as a seller. A great team with a great attitude = a great experience!

Down to earth, hardworking and gets the desired results.
Being a repeat seller through Bev I had a fair idea of what to expect. Works hard for the sale and nothing is too much trouble. All parties are treated with respect and are kept in the loop at all times as to what is happening. Be v had to work pretty hard on this one but came up trumps in the end after an initial setback. Would thoroughly recommend her to anyone for a sale or purchase transaction.

Up Front & Fair
Shane from the get go struck me as someone who is up front and fair. He helped me to understand the value of the market, which at the time of purchase for me was quite competitive. In that regard, Shane was great at answering my calls and questions promptly and professionally. Shane’s experience as an agent showed in his knowledge of the housing market, understanding people, and navigating the buying process. It would typically be quite stressful yet Shane was able to be really direct with me about everything throughout the purchase which helped alleviate any worries I had. Shane has a straight-forward approach, is very objective and fair.

Most trusted, honest and professional real estate agent
Hooly was in communication with me for a couple of years before I went to market. He kept in touch a few times a year to just say hi and see where things were at in the market. When it was time to sell, Hooly made everything easy. I trusted his skills in knowing what to do to get the best price and the house was sold within 2 weeks.
