Having previously sold a house nearby, with Wayne as our Agent, we knew what we would get, an honest, hard working bloke, who knows his market area, and utilises the modern technologies, to achieve excellent results. We certainly weren't disappointed, Wayne hadn't lost any of his ability to sell a house quickly, and for excellent prices. Our previous house sale was under contract in four days, but Wayne went one better with our recent sale, he had it under contract in two days, and achieved a price, which was much more than we expected.
