We had Peter and his team sell our house. Not only did they get more then we expected they did a full write up of the house with thing we should fix and clean up to bring better results. Once completed peter then sold out house just before the COVID-19 hit and everything closed down. They did a terrific job!!

Paul went all out to help me with the sale and purchase of my properties. He advised me of what to do and what not to do with the sale offering to help with a few maintenance jobs. Paul kept me up to date with every enquiry that was made on the sale and feedback after a inspection. We had a contract signed within 14 days. He let me know of the costing that I would need to be prepared for and explained the details of both contracts for sale and purchase. Paul is a professional, friendly and knowledgeable real estate agent. I would recommend him to anyone.

Well I was very sceptical and thought people were only recommending him because he was a Pom! Proved wrong and rightfully so! I now feel it’s only right to recommend “Hooly” if you want to sell your house, could not fault him and his team. He had a contract on our house in the first week and was right when he said the buyers would not be from the Redlands! Got the money I wanted and his communication was spot on from day one. Most of all he didn’t lie to get the listing, two agents did and were caught out. So yes Hooly 100%
