Mediocre service and frustrating response to feedback
Was disappointed with team at freeman’s management of my apartment in cairns north. Wife also had a property with them.
They seemed to not have finger on pulse.
They provided recurrent monthly rental contract for years for property and did not change or review it. Poor feedback from property agent and limited understanding of the current rental market.
Have provided feedback to property manager and there senior and they did not seem to be reactive or responsive to complaints.
There use of trades seems almost suspicious. They kept sending a trade around for recurrent fault and solution was never found. Don’t seem to care about the cost for owners of property.
Recently they offered to upgrade the fire alarms in property. However did not seem to try particularly hard to get a reasonable price as they were 30% higher than other companies on price.
Plan to be shifting with a different agent soon.
