Maddy & the team at Freeman's are the best RE in the world. And I say that out of experience.....I have a property portfolio that crosses several countries......I wish they had offices in the UK (it would save me so many headaches)...and I probably wouldn't have sold my condo in Florida if they (Freeman's) had been managing it, as my agent there was so terrible that I could no longer keep the property :( For me, their top strength is their communication. Always letting the landlord know what is happening, especially when looking for new tenants. The six month inspections are also very thorough. I feel very secure knowing my property is managed by such competent people. It makes me breath easy.
