A friend of mine has lost her $1000 bike in a Freeman's complex, she emailed her agent for a secruity footage, whom was "on holiday" and said she would "get to it when she can". Two weeks later, the agent finally got back to her and said the secruity only lasts for 3 days and there's "no point of checking the footage". No apology was given. Did not expect this kind of service from ~$600 rent per week we paid. small things show Big Pompous attitude from this agency.
