Passionate and patient.

After being faced with the daunting realisation that we needed to find a new rental property after 22 years of tenancy at the same address, we sought the highly experienced help of Simon and Kylie from Fresh. Even though we hadn’t as yet applied for any properties through Fresh, Simon and Kylie were more than happy to talk us through the process of applying including some very insightful hints and tips on how to gather required evidence and references. Kylie was very passionate and patient and went above and beyond, making it her mission to find my family the perfect rental. I’m very pleased to say that because of Simon, Kylie and the Fresh team we now have a beautiful little place to call our home. We are delighted to have the opportunity to be tenants of a property managed by Fresh Estate Agents.

Great communication

I recently had an insurance claim on my investment property due to a burst water pipe. The Fresh Property Management team worked with the insurance company to get the property repaired and ready to be rented. A big thanks to Simon, Kylie and the team!
