In Oct 2023, Harry sold our home at Springfield Lakes and was superb in every way. February 2026 with us living on the Gold Coast, we again needed the best to sell my brothers duplex at Brassall, as he needed to sell his home, and to be transferred from Ipswich Hospital to a nursing home. Complicated! Could Harry help again to get the result we needed. Harry and his team, special mention to Tayla sorted out trades, etc as we lived 1.5 hours away. Sold from first open. Best result. Happy seller (included hospital visits) and by all accounts happy new owners. Harry’s honest and constant work ethic means he is trusted and it is not just a transactional.

The team at Gale & Co. Were extremely helpful and professional. They made sure I was comfy with the sales pitch, the open houses, and any inspections. My house went live Friday pm, the first open house was the next day, Saturday at 12. noon, and my house was sold by 4.00pm. People said I should have asked for more, but Julian got me a price I was more than happy with. They priced my house within a very reasonable and fair range, and maybe if I held on, I might have gotten more, but I might not I got what I considered a very fair price, and that's all that mattered in the end. They were there to let Tradies in when I couldn't make it. They went beyond my expectations of what a Realtor is obliged to do. Thank you All at Gale & Co, for all your help
