It's hard to get good anything these days let alone someone who excels at providing a service. Not only did Julian project a higher sale than anybody else I spoke to but achieved a desired outcome benefitting both parties. Good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good and if you're after the former then give him a call.

We recently sold our home through Julian at Gale & Co and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From our very first meeting, Julian was approachable, knowledgeable, and transparent — qualities that made a big difference throughout the process. He kept us updated at every step, answered all our questions (no matter how small), and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. Julian worked hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth campaign and delivered a result that exceeded our expectations. We truly felt supported from start to finish and would confidently recommend Julian to anyone looking to sell their home with a trusted agent by their side.

We had an amazing experience working with Harry Gale from Gale and Co. He was able to get us multiple strong offers on our home — all above what we expected — and incredibly, this happened without even going to market. Harry made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy — he's simply great at what he does!

Julian was professional, responsive, and not pushy or overbearing, unlike some other agents who were looking for business. He gave me a realistic appraisal, and we hit my target price. Really happy with the results

We were impressed by Julian and his company from our very first interaction. Julian was open and honest about the entire process without being pushy or overbearing. His marketing team did an excellent job showcasing our property online and Julian presented the house at our single open home. His knowledge and expertise in the market ensured we understood where our property stood in the market and what we could reasonably expect from our sale. Once we had a buyer Julian remained available to us for any questions or concerns we had all the way through to settlement. I honestly could not recommend Julian and his team highly enough. From start to finish there were no hiccups, no missteps and he was a professional at every stage.

Harry is one of the finest agents we have worked with. He is very professional and honest, spot on with communication and tireless in his efforts until the job is done.

Julian provided us with knowledge of sales in our local area, introduced potential buyers prior to even advertising our home, and communicated with us from start to finish. He was available to answer our calls and provided valuable advice to help us make decisions. If you are looking for a reliable and supportive sale agent we recommend Julian.

I would highly recommend Harry as he is very professional, genuine, friendly, works diligently to market your property, keeps you informed of what is happening in the market, follows-up all enquiries and inspections and gives feedback from potential purchasers. During the marketing campaign, he adjusts the approach to maximise exposure of the property. Because of his approach and his character, I am confident that he negotiated the best deal and made the selling process as smooth as possible.

Real estate agents often get a bad rap, but our experience with Harry could not have been better. He was professional, polite, friendly, transparent, and not overbearing. By far the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with, and really the only one that I would ever seek out to do business with again.
