Harry made the selling process very easy and stress free. Definitely can trust Harry. He's quality of work was amazing. Harry brought back the joy to continue with the sale of our property after our terrible experience with the previous real estate agent. We got Harry to take over and sell our property and Harry got into business immediately. He knew every step of the sale process and knew the springfield lakes area and its surrounding areas very well. Harry treated us and our home with value that the previous agent failed to do. Harry treated us with so much respect, love and dignity. We had a lovely property that was not selling for over the 2 months and the previous agent was not releasing our property. Harry then proceeded going back and forth with the previous agent and helped to release us from that agent. A big sign of relief. Harry then got new set of photos taken of the property -just as how the property appeared. Amazing photography. 👏 He also gave us the reassurance that he would find a place for us to move in and not leave us homeless after the settlement. He fulfilled his promise. 👋 Unbelievable. Harry didn't take advertising costs as he felt it was unfair to charge us for advertising again (since it was taken by the previous agent) Harry's openness and honesty, trust and intelligence resulted in us handing over the property keys for him to be in charge of the sale process as we were already exhausted. Harry sold the property in the first open home we had at a very good price. A lot more than what we were told by the previous agent who had devalued our property. We have also developed a wonderful relationship with Harry and the team and would definitely recommend Gale and Co to all who need to buy or sell their property.
