We engaged Julian to sell 2x properties and it was the best decision we had made. From the outset, he was very humble, very easy to work with and a genuine guy who guided us through the entire process. His knowledge of the market is excellent, and his appraisals were spot on target and he achieved sale figures higher thank my expectation for both properties. He introduced us to his network of skilled tradesmen who worked tirelessly and understood building and pest requirements. He is hands on and was approachable anytime I called him and offered sound advice. He is an excellent negotiator and with his builder's background is invaluable throughout the entire contract cycle. It is not a surprise why Gale hold majority of the Springfield Lakes Market. I hardly ever write reviews but felt I had to in this case as I had such an excellent experience.
