Julian clearly knows what he is doing. The sale went underway very quickly with complications on the way. Whenever I had a query he was able toanswer it. The three hour time difference to where I live was not an issue because he either picked up the phone or called straight back. He was just as responsive by email. Including weekends. He really does go above and beyond and is professional and approachable along the way.

I felt very comfortable through the whole sales process from the first phone call - which for me was quite daunting. There was never any pressure and I was guided by his experience. My place was sold prior to going to market which was a saving for me. It was settled within 4 weeks. I would have no hesitation in recommending Julian.
