Julian impressed us the most by far, down to earth, knowledgeable, and no false bravado like some other agents. A few days after we gave the green light, he led the first prospective buyers through and we got an offer the same weekend, right on the value that he had predicted beforehand. Julian has been an absolute pleasure to work with, always responding to questions promptly, always able to be contacted.
