An impressive point of difference was in Garwoords coordination of some minor renos/touch-ups prior to listing....in a difficult environment to find tradies (due to the omicron peak), not only could they provide great guidance in what should be done, but they were always able to quickly source a trusted and reasonably priced contact, and it was hugely appreciated that they were happy to do all the legwork in sourcing the quotes and providing the access to allow this to occur.
