My wife and I bought our unit at 22/24 Cammeray Road Cammeray, 3 years ago. It was beautifully renovated and apart from our decorating touches, we enjoyed our time there until re-locating to the Southern Highlands. Over the past 2 years, Garwood's have managed the property and tenants brilliantly. Amazing service. Outstandingly efficient... and always accessible...and the team, a delight to deal with. When we decided to sell, of course, we engaged Garwood's. James and Jane organised one of the best styling executions we have seen to present the unit and its spectacular view in its best light. James was also responsible for some painting of walls and new carpets in the bedrooms, all of which further enhanced the selling opportunity. Once advertised, Garwood's received around 160 call enquiries on day one and secured 30 private inspections. Astonishing numbers. Over the weekend, Jane and James managed the potential buyers who had taken contracts and, on the Monday, the offers rolled in. In fact, the first offer exceeded our expectations and we were prepared to sell however, to further engage with interested buyers, the price rocketed to $1.715m. A staggering result. With settlement a few more weeks away, the Garwood standard of service and efficiency continues.
