We have recently purchased a property from overseas via James Garwood, during the pandemic. We are very impressed by Garwood's professionalism. He knows his market very well. He understands our needs and concerns. For example, he did a detailed video walk through of the property and has been very detailed in answering questions that we have. He also got back to us promptly on our follow ups. I understand that the closing process is not most straightforward with a number of different parties involved. I originally met Jane when I bought my unit and she was working for another agency. I was so blown away with her high level of professionalism and communication that when it came time to sell the unit I immediately contacted Jane at Garwood Estate Agents.
