Amazing Results
I am a first time landlord and the team at Gary J Smith Plympton (especially Deanne and Bec) have made the whole process so transparent and straight forward. I was nervous at first, but Deanne and Bec made me feel at ease and confident in the process. I also had an amazing result with my tenants offering well over my budgeted rental price.

So far, so good! Great team.
The initial evaluation and consultation about leasing my property was professional and customer-centric. In contrast to other agencies I contacted , Deanne and Cassie took time to understand my needs, interests and concerns. The team’s (including my property manager Marissa Greig) transparency, responsiveness to questions and management of the property, paperwork, insurance, strata, and careful tenant selection, has given me the confidence to focus on other things.

The Team at Gary Smith are always stellar
Communication, coordination of service and liaising with me with issues has always been very good. Often services become a bit complacent over time, this is not case with Gary Smith property management. If anything they are getting even better.
