Fantastic and accommodating team
Deanna and her team were so helpful in rapidly coordinating a tenant for our property in Melrose Park. Highly communicative, fast responses and generally extremely accommodating in all correspondence. Given we are based overseas this was critical and they made the entire process very seamless and easy. They took great care and were efficient in coordinating the ad, open inspection and making tenant recommendations. Would highly recommend them to others looking for an agent to represent them and their property for renting.

Polite, prompt, smooth, easy
I think the title says it all, but, Bec, Brooke, and the team at Gary J Smith were always lovely to work with, they were on to issues quickly and although we rarely had to even contact them, they was still a pleasure to deal.

Amazing Results
I am a first time landlord and the team at Gary J Smith Plympton (especially Deanne and Bec) have made the whole process so transparent and straight forward. I was nervous at first, but Deanne and Bec made me feel at ease and confident in the process. I also had an amazing result with my tenants offering well over my budgeted rental price.
