Exceptional service!
I recently came to Gary J Smith with assistance with my rental property. I was a little bit apprehensive about getting a property manager at first due to a bad experience with a previous agency. However I am extremely glad I reached out to Gary J Smith, as they have been exemplary from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them higher. In particular Cassie McMillan and Kate Plew, who have done a marvellous job with my property. 10 out of 10!

Thoroughly Professional
Having had a less than satisfactory experience with my previous property managers and tenants taking full advantage of the Covid rules placing an embargo on eviction (not paying rent for over 7 months) I was left with a property that had not been looked after and had not had maintenance issues reported. Through an eclectic mix of contacts Deanne Goodwin rang me to discuss my property and my situation. She was completely on point appraising where I was at and where I desired to be. As I live remotely from my investment Deanne and Cassie assessed my house and gave me an honest, realistic and straight to the point review of what needed to be done to return the house to a state where it would attract the right sort of tenant and rental return. On completion of all the necessary repairs and upgrades the house was listed on a Wednesday with an open the following Monday and within days a new tenant had been signed up. Michelle Elf has handled the new contracts and has been fantastic at keeping me informed, via phone and email, at every step. While it is still early days I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary J Smith for Property Management. They have been professional. Their communication is excellent. They know their trade and perhaps most importantly, they seem like genuinely nice people.

Excellent work and good results
Excellent service from the start to date and good results for the me as a landlord. Four new townhouses have been let at the expected price and in a relatively short timeframe. Prompt communications, on-going support, professional approach - all good. Intend to continue our cooperation and happy to recommend to others.

Great support
Michelle Elf provided great support for organising a rental for me in Adelaide, from my current home in Sydney. It's not easy to find a home unseen but Michelle arranged for viewing for my brother and answered many questions about the property, whilst liaising with the owner. NO hiccups and such a smooth process. Very grateful and highly recommend Michelle to anyone seeking a professional rental manager.
