Sale of townhouse in Gardenvale
Joel, Arlene and Billy put in an extra effort during a tough market period impacted by Covid. This eventually resulted in a pre-auction sale which was a satisfying outcome, despite not realising the upper end of the estimate. Overall they did a great job - thanks team.

John was a delight to work with. He was friendly and patient. He made us feel comfortable in making our decision to sell during these very difficult times of Covid19. We believe he had our interest at heart but understood that he was searching for the right new owners for the house we have loved over many years.

Very professional
Thank you to Glenn and the Gary Peer & Associates team for their professional guidance on the sale of our home. Especially during such an uncertain environment. Despite a difficult market, my wife and I felt we were in good hands throughout the entire sale process, although the final sale price was a bit disappointed. Glenn was helpful diligent keeping us constantly informed and updated during the sale process. Worked hard to get best result

Excellent Agent!
Jacob is a highly professional and skilled agent. Throughout the campaign he was hardworking, communicative and generally great to deal with. He secured a final price for the sale that was above what I was expecting, and did so well under the estimated amount of time it would take to sell the property. Not to mention that he managed to do all of this whilst Melbourne went into lockdown! 10/10.

Exceptional operator
We bought our house from Daniel Micmacher and had such a good experience that we decided to use him again when we decided to sell the house 4 years later. Excellent judgement and advice in a difficult market
