Glenn is very personable and a good communicator. I thought his backup staff were wanting somewhat. I think he did his best job which could have achieved even better results if his office had made him aware of NBN activity in the area, this information is readily available if effort is put into finding out. The office on an important occasion dod not give prospective buyers notification when "open for inspection" times had been changed. Older purchasers of real estate do not necessarily go to the Internet for inspection times...Sometimes they come off the for sale board.
