Our Story: It’s a story of doing property sales and management differently in Perth’s southern corridor. A story of long-time clients, repeat referrals, continuity in our team. A story where you’re the hero. Our mission: To be referred as ‘preferred’ When we launched our family business in Perth’s southern suburbs back in 2003, we set out to be the antidote to the churn and burn supermarket-style real estate agencies that work on volume over care. No overpromising. No under-delivering. No nonsense. We wanted to provide an experience that you’d want to come back to and enjoy again – a grown-up, seven-days-a-week service that’s about results, but also about how we achieve them. And we succeeded, along with our clients Today, referrals continue to drive our business. Clients stick with us, in part because our team does too. Some clients have been with us from day one, with growing portfolios under our management. We’ve evolved along the way. Our property sales and management team has grown. And we’ve invested in the very best software and systems, freeing up time for us to give you the attention and answers you need, minimise unnecessary uncertainty, smooth the way and always follow up, solve problems, and not leave you with them and to be there through to completion and beyond. We believe in doing the right thing, which is why we also support local schools and charities. We’re here for you, for the long-haul. And our record proves it.

4 properties with Gateways so far....

We have sold properties 4 times with Brian Deveraux since moving to the area in 2012. These include both residential and investment properties in Cockburn Central and Aubin Grove. He is a relaxed and approachable character who is knowledgeable in all things real estate. He is pragmatic about the housing market and is considerate to all parties (we have been both buyers and sellers with Brian, so we get to see both sides of the process and strategies). We have always felt well informed at sale/purchase times and have even sought his advice in between these times, cheeky of us but he is always obliging. I highly recommend Brian and the Gateways team, and we use then for our property management who provide an excellent service.
