Market knowledge - Daniel was very aware of the properties in Blakehurst and their asking and selling prices and how they compared as propositions for the available buyers. I was an informed vendor and did not feel that I had to convince Daniel to aim towards a certain price and I did not feel that Daniel tried to lower my expectations just to make a sale, which is what I have experienced previously from others.
Communication - I was impressed that Daniel communicated when he needed to and was articulate, eloquent, comprehensive and very personable. Daniel provided a big picture overview of what was happening currently, what was on the marketing horizon in the area and also a good level of detail when required. I felt I was not overcommunicated to and that the focus was on the work at hand and the outcome I was looking for. I also appreciated not having an excess of marketing materials and updates which can be helpful but would not have assisted in my sale. The overall balance of communication, knowledge and feedback was perfect for me.
Professionalism - Daniel was very professional, open and honest and warm as were his team and I felt that anything I had to say was listened to and acknowledged and treated with understanding and respect even on more challenging topics. Daniel sold my house in an absolutely minimal campaign of text messages and emails to his existing database. Within one week I had exchanged and was very happy with a price that not only matched my expectations but was an extremely good price for the property in the current market conditions. I would very gladly ask Daniel to assist me in the future again and would have no hesitation recommending Daniel and his team to others.
