From the initial call, to handing over the keys, Erica went above and beyond. She guided us on how to present the property in its best light, helped style the property (with us still living in it!), strategically arranged open homes, including mid-week to attract potential buyers, communicated regularly with absolute honesty (no real estate agent BS), and even helped with the buying strategy for our subsequent purchase. Trust is very important when selling your home and we felt Erica was acting in our absolute best interest the whole way. Erica is a brilliant real estate agent as well as a genuinely lovely person. From our first meeting with here, she was so helpful in what was a very stressful time for us. Her knowledge on anything we asked was brilliant, as it was a complete new area we were moving to . She was there for us every step of the way She went beyond the usual things real estate people do, checking things when we couldn't do them ourselves. Erica achieved an outstanding result with the sale of my property. She's far more than just a traditional seller's agent, beginning with a deep dive into the local market, comprehensive assessment on any home improvements to maximize returns, and has an extensive list of home improvement tradies on hand to undertake repairs/ renovations cheaper than can be sourced independently. She also provided her own stylish showroom furniture to present my property as a beautiful family home, and the photography and videos were very professional. She kept me informed throughout the whole process, negotiating with potential buyers, always available to be at the property for inspections outside business hours, and present during the building & pest inspection to provide me with feedback. I have a 2nd property to sell and it's a no-brainer returning to Erica to coordinate and manage the sale for the best possible result.

I͏ have bought and sold several properties in my time she is by far the best Real Estate Agent I have ever encountered. She always communicates what is going on,explains what you need to do to project the right image when selling. She brings her own personal house enhancements to improve presentation of the house and has a support person on the open house days. She has a positive warm attitude when speaking to customers and always tries to get the best price possible. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!
