She has a great idea of what needs to be addressed prior to sale (issues or repairs) in order to achieve the best price and provided free of charge staging - the furnishings provided were stylish and she worked hard to maximise their appeal of the house. We worked together on an incentive plan, whereby the more the house sold for the higher percentage commission she would make - a win win for seller and realestate agent as it aligned our interests in achieving maximum sale price. If i need an agent in the future it will be Erica.

I turned up at an inspection that was just to fill in time waiting for a planned inspection I was going too, I stepped inside and was greeted by Erica, her happy outgoing personality relaxed me straight away , Erica showed me around , telling me and advising everything I could possibly need to know, she had tastefully decorated the unit herself which made it feel like a home I would definitely like to live in. After about an hour of talking and receiving expert advise from Erica , I was basically sold on the unit.
