Absolutely amazing, on every level!! They go above and beyond, we had the absolute best experience in every matter during our tenancy and while finding a new place. That goes for every member of the brand team. Though specifically I would like to thank Rhianon, who we dealt with the most. She was available at a moments notice when we needed her, and was instrumental in helping us find our new home. I can’t stress enough how easy she made the difficult transition between homes. Connecting and co verging with their agents were very easy all throughout various inspections of different properties. They provided options as well on what's available that we might like. They found the right tenent, renting five years. After tenent left, we went to the property and checked. The house was left in very good condition. The garden needs a bit of care. Now they found new tenant. Still on process. We hope, would be good tenent as well. Over all Brand Property well looks afer our place. Hopefully, keep going this way.
