I have been surprisingly impressed by Brand and the leasing team! The process and systems used by the company enable a smooth and flawless landlord experience. Aaron Robinson, the BDE, was professional and personable throughout the whole process of open signed and open homes; always available to respond to a text or phone call. We had to delay the advertising of the property and the team were very accommodating. Rhiannon Harrison, the Leasing Agent, was so friendly, bright and positive. So refreshing for real estate! She was always available to chat, very informative and approached the process with integrity and with great morales and values. Within a week we had found a great tenant that was willing to offer an extra $20 per week!
