From the time we saw the ad to lease the property at Mardi and registered to view and to submitting our application, Aaron Robinson and the team at Brand Property kept us informed of the progress of our application through to approval. There was no pressure in getting us to accept the offer to rent the property once we were informed our application had been successful. The communication with my wife and my solicitor have been outstanding and timely throughout. Bronwyn, the Property Manager, also explained clearly what we could expect prior to being handed the keys.
