I went to the address in question but felt lost i was there before the inspection time no one had shown up i called the office i spoke to a lovely lady who asked me to hold on while she contacted the agent the inspection time had finished i was at the wrong place the realator had waited for me so i could inspect the property i couldnt be more greatful to the team at brand

My experience with Brand real estate has been very enjoyable. They worked around my unusual hours of employment to show me rentals when I was available. After I had put in my application (which was easy and seemless) they were in contact almost daily to assure me that my application was progressing. I was approved for my new rental quickly and paperwork was efficient. The staff themselves were always helpful, happy and professional. I am certain all dealings with them in the future will remain as great as they have been so far.
