Chris has sold our townhouse in just 8 days at a spectalular price. The townhouse having been rented needed TLC which Chris was able to help us with in providing contacts and ideas. As we are no longer in Sydney he made himself available and went the extra mile in preparing for open house, putting out bins, mowing, sweeping etc. Truely friendly excellent service Communication was constant and we were always updated and informed of developments and progress.
