We unfortunatley needed to sell our family home of 35 years, and the market wasnt particularly strong at that time. Chris was able to get good numbers to our open house days and this resulted in a few positive feed backs from buyers, Chris's local knowledge and his marketing campaign were for the most part successful, we would have liked the final sale price to have been a little more reflective of our original estimates but with the market falling i suppose we were lucky to sell when we did , we would have no hesitation in recommending Chris as a caring and honest agent to family and friends.
