I first dealt with Chris back in 2012 during the purchase of our first property and was thoroughly impressed by how easy he was to deal with. Chris is a very likeable guy which makes him very easy to communicate with from a buyers perspective. Fast forward to 2018 and Chris got the call to help us move on. All home owners like to think their property is worth 'X' but Chris was very honest in assessing the current market and telling us where he thought the valuation was at. Looking back at his price guide with hindsight he really nailed it and I'm thankful we took his advise otherwise we'd be still holding the property in a seemingly falling market.
